Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Oxfitter purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your shoes, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy within 15 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Exchange:
- The shoes must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
The exchange must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

- Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.
- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the shoes.
- Once we receive the returned shoes and verify their condition, we will process your exchange and ship the new pair to you.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We may request photographs to better understand the problem. We will work with you to promptly resolve the issue by offering an exchange, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
