We want you to love your coat. If it is not the right fit or style, you can return or exchange within 14 days of delivery — premium and archive pieces follow the same window, with clear conditions below.

Return requirements

  • Initiate your return within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Tags attached and in the same condition you received it
  • Buyer covers return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item

How it works

  1. Contact us

    Email or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Get approval

    We confirm eligibility and share return instructions within 1–2 business days.

  3. Ship it back

    Pack securely with tags attached and send using a tracked courier service.

  4. Refund or exchange

    After inspection, refunds are processed in 5–7 business days or we ship your exchange.

Archive / thrift finds

One-of-a-kind pieces: returns within 14 days if the item differs materially from its listing. Otherwise final sale.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to contact us and start a return or exchange.

Who pays for return shipping?

Standard returns: the buyer covers return shipping. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged/defective, we cover return shipping.

Can I exchange for another size?

Yes — size exchanges are available within the 14-day window, subject to stock. Contact us before sending anything back.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What about archive / thrift pieces?

Archive finds can be returned within 14 days if the item differs materially from its listing. Otherwise archive pieces are final sale.
