How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2–4 business days. Standard delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3–7 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Standard delivery is Rs. 250 across Pakistan. Free on orders over Rs. 5,000. Cash on delivery is available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
14-day returns & exchanges. Unworn items with tags in original packaging.
Return & exchange policyCan I track my order?
Yes. You will receive tracking details once your coat is dispatched. You can also track from your account or the Track Order page.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently deliver across Pakistan. For international enquiries, contact us before ordering and we will advise on options.
What if my item is damaged?
Contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
