All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Product availability, descriptions, and pricing may change without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or appears fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, we will arrange a refund of amounts already collected.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods shown at checkout. COD orders are paid to the courier upon delivery.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details so we can fulfill your order.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary by city, courier capacity, and weather. See our Shipping Policy for current timelines and fees.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided (or collected by you from the courier).

Eligible unworn items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions on our Returns Policy page.

Archive and one-of-a-kind pieces follow the same window when the item differs materially from its listing, as described in the Returns Policy.
